Meditations

These guided visualisations have been used by Applegrove and Circle of the Hearth as part of our teaching curriculum, sabbat rituals and oghamic studies. Some of them can be taped and played back for solitaries. We do however recommend that the oghamic journeys be lead by someone as they can be quite intense and you may need a little help to exit the meditative state.
